Subscription Service

A number of Scottish Commissioners’ decisions will be published each year on this website.  Also around 300 selected Commissioners’ decisions will be published on the OSSC London website each year.  These decisions can be downloaded free of charge.

Selected Scottish decisions will also be available in batches, at approximately two monthly intervals either;

By e-mail at a charge £50 a year; or

In hard copy by post at a charge of £100 a year.

Those Commissioners’ decisions that are not available on this website can be obtained from this Office individually on request.

If an electronic version is available, it can be e-mailed free of charge.  Otherwise, there is a charge of £2 for a hard copy sent by post or £3 for a faxed version.  All requests that attract charges should be submitted in writing and accompanied with a cheque made payable to The Commissioners’ Office in Scotland.
